I dont know how to help you because I dont think anyone can except for yourself <3 Plus you have to realise phases of happinesss or depression or instability are completely normal, I assure you it will pass youre not going to feel like this forever. In terms of what to do I think you just have to empower yourself, surround yourself with positive energy, a healthy lifestyle and people who you love because really youre the exact same person as before and the only difference is your mindset! Life is seriously too short to be hung up on being sad or anxious, only a few weeks ago my friend lost her friends to the brick wall collapse in Melbourne and it made her realise the importance of being the best person you can be each day and how important it is to cherish yourself and those around you. Everyone is beautiful and strong you just have to find it within yourself <3 xxxxxxxxx
